RFPO Russian Forum on Prosthetics & Orthotics 2023
We are happy to announce our next event in June 2023. Be curious! We run with an improved concept covering a bigger target group.
The Russian Forum for Prosthetics & Orthotics (RFPO) is the only event of its kind in Russia and organized by Leipziger Messe International (Germany). It provides an outstanding opportunity for international manufactures to enter the Russian market. The combination of seminars, live demonstrations, conferences, competitions and an exhibition is unique, making the RFPO highly attractive throughout the sector. Nowhere else is there such a wide range of further training and information tailored to the individual target groups. And nowhere else is it possible to meet so many representatives of the O&P market! This year, we enlarge our offer for therapists. Both in the congress and exhibition.
Strong partners like the Russian state holding fronting all 70 prosthetics manufacturers, the Ministry of Social Affairs, medical assessment boards, the Moscow Department of Health, disabled support groups, therapists’ associations, parents’ organizations as well as representatives of scientific institutions, rehabilitation centres and leading clinics advise the RFPO on what to include in the extensive congress programme, and will be encouraging their staff and members to attend.
RFPO takes place as an integral part of the International specialized fair for rehabilitation, care, physiotherapy, prosthetics and orthotics, mobility, inclusion world and living “REHACARE Moscow” organized by Messe Dusseldorf Moscow. Both RFPO and “REHACARE Moscow” benefit from the wide experiences of Leipziger Messe and Messe Dusseldorf in organizing its world leading trade fairs “OTWorld” and “REHACARE” in Germany. So, this unique Moscow event will bring together Russian and international experts in orthopaedic and rehabilitation technology.
Review of the last RFPO
RFPO 2019 came to a successful close. A total of 3,090 visitors (2017: 2,350) took in the offerings of more than 100 exhibitors from 11 countries. Germany attended the trade fair with 23 exhibitors and drew particular attention with an official collective stand. Exhibitors praised the professionalism of trade fair visitors. The state sector, which represents roughly 90 per cent of the Russian market, saw full representation at the forum.
